AI/Agent Engineer

• Prototype to production: Work closely with product and senior leadership to move ideas from concept to shipped product, fast
• End-to-end ownership: Take full responsibility for problems across scoping, architecture, shipping, and iteration
• AI practice: Help define how Vega uses AI across the platform; this is a foundational role, not a feature-ticket role
• Field awareness: Stay close to what's happening in AI research and tooling, and bring what matters back to the team

We want someone who has spent the last couple of years obsessing over what AI can actually do. Someone who has the projects, repos, or products to show for it. You might be a recent grad or self-taught. You might have three years of experience or seven. What matters is that you have shipped interesting things, you think from first principles, and you get restless when you are not building something.
