Project Tools & Data Consultant

In this role, you combine analytical thinking, functional expertise and tool knowledge to bring project and portfolio management (PPM) to life. You will play a crucial role in our team by:

• Understanding Client Needs: Conducting thorough assessments through workshops and focus groups to grasp clients' business requirements.
• Designing and Implementing Solutions: Participating in the design, documentation, and setup of solutions, ensuring they align with threon's best practices and integrate seamlessly with external systems.
• Delivering Business Intelligence: Implementing Business Intelligence solutions, e.g. building reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Automating Processes: Enhancing business efficiency by implementing automated workflows.
• Being part of the Center of Excellence: You contribute to the quality and reliability of our solutions by performing unit and integration testing, supporting go-live activities, and ensuring smooth post-implementation follow-up.
• Contribute to Training: Support training sessions and one-on-one meetings tailored to different user profiles.

• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• 4-7 years of experience in implementing and integrating corporate tools (a plus is experience in implementing tools as Project Planner or TargetProcess).
• A strong interest in Project & Portfolio Management and its core principles.
• Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Nice to have: experience with Javascript and C#
• Analytical and research skills with sharp problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive mindset and ability to collaborate in client-facing environments.While we are also open to freelance arrangements, our preference is for payroll employment.
