Job description
Seeking a passionate and delivery-oriented Product Owner with strong SAP / Salesforce experience to support our enterprise-level grant management and operational platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in agile delivery, a user-focused mindset, and a strong understanding of the non-profit domain. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams, business stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure that the solutions delivered meet organizational goals and maximize user value., *Serve as the voice of the customer for the Salesforce-based platform, with a focus on features supporting grants, programs, and operational reporting. *Own and manage the product backlog: prioritize features, refine user stories, and define acceptance criteria. *Translate business needs into clearly defined user stories and system behaviour for the Agile development team. *Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and participate in PI Planning sessions (SAFe framework). *Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and developers to ensure alignment with organizational strategy. *Coordinate with business product managers to validate requirements and test functionality. *Participate in system demos, UAT support, and ensure features meet functional and compliance expectations. *Promote system adoption by providing documentation input and supporting training content.
Requirements
Experience working in or with non-profit, public health, or international development organizations.
- Product Owner with strong SAP / Salesforce experience to support our enterprise-level grant management and operational platforms., *Strong understanding of Agile principles (SAFe certification is a plus). *Excellent communication and facilitation skills with multicultural teams. *Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment. *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *Fluent in English; working knowledge of French is an asset Education: *Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Information Systems, International Development, or a related field. *3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment. *Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Nonprofit Cloud preferred). *Familiarity with platforms like Amp Impact or grants management systems is a strong plus. *Experience working in or with non-profit, public health, or international development organizations.
