Job description
The vision for this function is to support the Manitou Group's transition towards a customer-centric organization (NBPP/LIFT) by establishing new digital and data production chains. The goal is to move from tool-based silos to a seamless digital journey where data serves as a lever for value creation for both B2B and B2C customers.
The key stake for this specific position is to integrate and apply data processes on a daily basis. As the group moves toward a single point of entry for all customers, the Data Steward ensures the integrity, quality, and lifecycle management of data assets within the marketing domain, directly contributing to operational efficiency and the personalization of customer relations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Integration & Operations: Execute daily operational activities within the marketing data expertise domain to ensure data is correctly integrated into business tools.
Process Implementation: Apply and maintain data processes and modifications that have been validated by the Data Owner.
Data Quality Management: Maintain and optimize data quality to improve the overall digital experience and production efficiency through accurate data usage.
Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the lifecycle of data assets (such as product and customer data), ensuring consistency across tools like PIM, DAM, and CRM.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and Business Owners to align data production with the New Business Platform (NBP) roadmap.
Reporting & Prioritization: Report to the Data Marketing Product & Customer Manager, participating in planning meetings and following guidance on task prioritization to meet business milestones.
Compliance: Assist in ensuring data complies with group rules regarding nomenclature and regulations like RGPD (GDPR) and the Data Act.
Requirements
Strong expertise in data management tools and data quality maintenance.
Familiarity with marketing data environments (PIM, CRM, CDP).
Analytical skills and a "taste for figures" to support predictive analysis or performance monitoring.
Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
Agile & Proactive: Ability to adapt to changes and complexity within the Digital Team.
Team Spirit: Capable of working effectively in multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams.
Results-oriented: being goal-focused and capable of making effective decisions to achieve set objectives.
Rigor & Concentration: High attention to detail regarding data accuracy and consistency.
Be focussed on continuous improvement.
Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.
