Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Product Information Management (PIM) platform. You will:
- Play a key role in delivering and maintaining innovative technology for our customers.
- Work closely with Product Owners, scrum team members, and other business and IT colleagues to gather requirements and refine user stories.
- Collaborate with an offshore development team to ensure seamless implementation.
- Report to the Team Lead and contribute to a growing IT team that enhances user experience and maximizes application value.
- Manage PIM platform for product information and assets, ensuring data is up-to-date and complete.
- Engage with business stakeholders to negotiate requirements and understand their value.
- Fulfill business requirements by leveraging system configuration possibilities and translating requirements into developer specifications.
- Support the business organization with data extraction, bulk import of data, user acceptance testing, and second-line support.
- Ensure a seamless process for providing product data to other systems while continuously seeking improvements.
- Monitor and support new/updated product, image data, and other system processes.
Requirements
- HBO-level (preferably IT-oriented) degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with PIM systems and Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge on Windows / Unix operating systems / PHP and Symfony.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting is a pre, knowledge about SQL database administration will come in even more handy.
- Experience with complex data related processes.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and innovative mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; business proficiency in English, Dutch is an advantage.
- Media graphical knowledge is a plus.
