Senior Project Manager - Transition & Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale transition and transformation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of complex programs across technology, operations, and service delivery., * Lead end-to-end delivery of transition and transformation programs, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed specifications

• Develop and finalize comprehensive transition/transformation plans in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders
• Identify, secure, and manage resources required for successful execution
• Oversee all aspects of transition including: Transition planning, Knowledge transfer, Technology deployment, Service readiness, People transition, Delivery operations setup and Service management alignment
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Support Central PM in risk assessment, contingency planning, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure clear communication of process changes to internal business stakeholders
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of standardized transition methodologies
• Support audits, governance reviews, and project documentation requirements
• Track and report project progress, resource utilization, and deliverables across programs
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint) effectively

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project and transition management, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, global environments., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline

• 20+ years of experience in Project Management and Transition/Transformation roles
• Proven track record in managing large, complex global transitions
• Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Hands-on expertise in project management tools such as MS Project (MPP), Excel, and PowerPoint

Certifications (Preferred)

• PRINCE2 Certification (strongly preferred)
• ITIL Certification (advantageous)
