Job description
We're looking for an experienced and organised Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be a key point of contact for customers and play an important part in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role would suit someone who already has experience in an office-based administrative or customer service position and is confident managing tasks independently and working to deadlines in a timely manner.
The position is part-time and offers a flexible hybrid working pattern, combining office-based and remote work., * Handling incoming customer queries via phone and email in a professional, friendly and efficient manner

Processing orders, contracts, upgrades and renewals accurately

Liaising with mobile networks and suppliers to manage connections, orders, number porting and issue resolution

Supporting the sales team with reports, data and customer information

Providing updates and service information to clients

Maintaining and updating internal systems and records

Assisting with general administrative tasks across the business

Helping ensure a consistently high level of customer service
Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role

Confident working in a busy office environment and managing workload independently

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems or similar)

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work to deadlines

An interest in technology or telecoms (experience is a bonus, not essential)
