Job description
A successful E-Commerce team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join them as an E-Commerce Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support to both existing and potential customers across a range of formats, including telephone, livechat and email. The candidate will also be responsible for delivering administrative after sales support., · Answering B2C and B2B enquiries via phone, live chat and email
· Providing assistance to customers
· Offering effective complaint resolution
· Organising and tracking deliveries
· Liaising with 3rd party service providers to ensure an excellent customer experience is achieved
Requirements
· Excellent desktop IT skills
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Experience in a customer service environment desirable
· Qualified to at least GCSE level 'C' or above in English and Mathematics

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Be able to work as part of a team
· Excellent attention to detail
· Excellent at time management and prioritisation, * Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
