Job description
IP Network Analyst role working as part of a team to build and support a range of managed connectivity services across multiple customers.
- Build secure customer IP networks spanning managed WAN, LAN, routing, switching, network security and encryption services
- Create customer design documentation, equipment configurations and technical as built documentation
- Perform type approval testing of new network hardware & software
- Provide technical support to customers and internal operations team; troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network issues
Requirements
- Experience in the support and delivery of network solutions involving routing, switching and network security products
- Solid understanding of a variety of IP network and routing protocols
- Demonstrable troubleshooting skills and approach to fault resolution
- Desirable (but not essential) to have knowledge and working experience of Cisco and/or Juniper firewall products
- Eligible for DV Clearance
