At Brainboss, we help organizations turn complexity into clarity. We're looking for a Lead Organisation Transformation Consultant to guide that journey - turning ideas into structured, high-impact results.
With a strong background in business analysis, you'll take ownership of project streams from start to finish, ensuring each initiative has a clear direction and measurable success. You'll work directly with stakeholders, advise on the use of tools, and together with your team of transformation consultants lead configurations and workstreams that support real organizational goals with tangible outcomes.

Step into a role where your work truly matters!, Delivery Leadership & Execution: Oversee and execute projects across transformation initiatives. Lead delivery of workshops, demos, and solution walk-throughs and ensure timely, high-quality completion of deliverables by your team.
Technical Analysis & Tooling: Lead and oversee the configuration and optimization of the IT tooling to support business and delivery workflows.
Process Design & Business Analysis: Map current/future-state processes and align them with technical solutions. Collaborate with your team to support solution design from a tooling perspective and document functional requirements and system configurations clearly.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Engage with business and technical teams to gather requirements and align expectations. Build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
Strategic & Commercial Contribution: Provide input on tooling strategy, roadmap development, and process improvement opportunities. Support identification of new needs and expansion opportunities and contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and strategic planning sessions as needed.
Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement: Maintain high standards for documentation, configuration, and user experience. Monitor your team's delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies and share lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of professional experience in IT project delivery, ideally within a Statement of Work (SoW) environment
- Are fluent in both Dutch and English (minimum on C1 level)
- Have a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's Degree) from a recognised university
- Have proven track record in facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and conducting end-user training
- Have hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in project build, test, and launch phases
- Have strong background in business analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Have solid understanding and hands-on experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or Product Portfolio Management (POPM)
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Are analytical, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Have strong customer focus and ability to spot and support business development opportunities
- Have SAFe certifications (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe Product Owner, SAFe for Teams)
- Preferably are Microsoft Certified (e.g Power BI Data Analyst Associate)
- Preferably have ACP-620, ACP-120, ACP-420, ACP-520 (or are willing to acquire)
- Preferably have ITIL v4 Foundation and/or Azure DevOps certifications
