We're delighted to be supporting a global SaaS giant with their search for a Finance Systems Trainer. This role offers the perfect blend of accounting, customer engagement, and technology. You'll play a key role in the process becoming an expert in the system, delivering engaging training sessions, and ensuring customer get the most out of the software. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery of post-implementation sessions, assisting customers with standard accounting processesLead engaging training sessions, drop-in workshops, and refresher courses for usersRespond to ad-hoc customer requests, tailoring sessions to their needsCreate and improve training materialsAct as a main point of contact for finance process questions within the systemContinuously develop knowledge surrounding finance software and ERP solutions

Skills & ExperienceStrong accounting knowledge (month-end, VAT returns, year-end processes)Previous experience working in a customer-facing or training roleExperience working with finance software or ERP systemsConfidence delivering training, presentations, or workshopsExcellent communication skillsProficient with MS office applications Amazing opportunity for someone with an accounting background who enjoys training, customer interaction, and is looking for the next step in their career!
