Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex IT and AV issues
  • Ensure clear and timely communication regarding issue status and resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and service requests
  • Install, configure, and support:
  • Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Cisco Jabber
  • Basic macOS support for Apple users
  • Support printers, desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance of IT equipment
  • Use diagnostic tools to resolve connectivity and system issues

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Hands-on experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments and basic macOS
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment

Requirements

  • Valid work permit for Switzerland (mandatory)
  • Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • German and English language minimum B2 level needed
