Senior Software Developer

PRISM Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to modernize and maintain mission-critical Identity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM) programs. You will work within a collaborative team to ensure the high availability of secure, enterprise-grade IT systems using a modern full-stack approach., Support the evolution of legacy applications while ensuring seamless integration with new, scalable features. Build robust solutions using Java (Spring Boot), Angular (TypeScript), and Elasticsearch. Design and deploy custom scripts for AWS EC2 configuration and management. Develop custom ETL methodologies and create RESTful APIs to support data-intensive operations. Lead unit testing, peer code reviews, and automated testing (via Selenium) while mentoring junior developers in best practices. Execute within Scrum frameworks to solve complex technical challenges in a team-oriented environment.

BS degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience. Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS Experience with Git, Jenkins, Rundeck, and Linux Command Line (RHEL). Automation expertise using Selenium. Design & Workflow: Proven ability to translate customer specifications into technical documentation and high-performance code., AWS Associate OR Professional Level Certifications Experience with Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and modular development. Familiarity with UI/UX Design and IdAM/ICAM industry standards.
