Sr. SAP Business Analyst

The Sr SAP Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and translating business requirements into functional specifications for the SAP ERP system. This role will focus on supporting, configuring, and enhancing SAP modules to meet the evolving needs of the organization. The SAP Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other IT personnel to ensure effective implementation and utilization of SAP solutions. This includes problem-solving, system configuration, data analysis, and the creation of documentation and training materials., * Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP modules to meet specific business needs and processes.
• Design and document SAP business processes.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective SAP solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and implementing enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP configurations and developments.
• Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP functionality.
• Support SAP integration with other enterprise applications.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and optimize SAP processes.
• Stay current with SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends to provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security policies.
• Assist with the deployment and configuration of new SAP modules or functionalities, collaborating with implementation teams as needed.

Do you have experience in Technology security practices?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with a focus on SAP ERP systems.
• Strong functional knowledge of at least 2 specific SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into SAP functional specifications.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, ideally with some ABAP expertise
• Experience with testing SAP solutions and creating test documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of integration methodologies and tools relevant to SAP.
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices as they relate to SAP.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is highly preferred.
