Job description
- Building visualizations, evaluating, recommending and implementing Business Intelligence solutions in alignment with our cloud journey
- Delivering reporting and analytics solutions in partnership with stakeholders and help support our core BI platforms
- Maintaining alignment to standards and controls, data quality, problem management, and change management requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology related field like Computer Science or Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- 5 years of experience in building semantic layer with building semantic layer with Analytical tools (SAP Business Objects Universe, Oracle RPD) or other reporting tools
- 3 years of experience in building visualizations with one or more tools like (Business Objects, Tableau)
- Knowledge on how to build data structure suitable for Analytics and visualization is highly desirable
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with snowflake database
- Hands-on experience on SQL query optimization and tuning to improve performance is desirable
- Understand the concept of star schema and knowledge of how data model works is desirable
- Experience with proficiency in data transformation using applications like (Python, Informatica) is a plus
- Experience with scheduling tool and willing to participate on weekend on call rotation
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
