Job description
- Conduct pre-migration meetings and interviews with staff of to understand acquired companies' accounting policies and processes.
- Analyze and resolve differences between accounting practices through GAP analysis and documentation.
- Prepare timelines, assist with playbook development, training schedules, and other pre-migration documents.
- Assist with ensuring accuracy throughout the automated process. When required, assist with manual data entry.
- Work closely with the Integrations Resource Team to complete tasks across departments.
- Design and present financial management training for administrative, accounting, billing, and management staff.
- Proactively document innovative ideas to enhance integration processes for the Accounting Group.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of General Ledger experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated the ability to be empathetic during change management.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience with ERP migrations or system implementations preferred.
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Previous Internal Audit experience preferred.
- Exposure to M&A processes preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation: $78,000 to $106,000 per year (depending on qualifications) What We Offer
