Job description
This Reliability Engineer position is responsible for organizing, planning, and directing the reliability of plant equipment. The role involves implementing technical changes and improvements, maintaining technical and regulatory compliance documentation, and providing technical expertise to enhance the plant's technical availability. The engineer will also work to reduce maintenance costs through statistical reviews and root cause analysis, as well as engage in process troubleshooting and process improvement assignments to support cost and plant availability objectives. This position is ideal for a seasoned engineer capable of handling complex process and maintenance assignments., * Organize, plan, and direct the reliability of plant equipment.
- Implement technical changes and improvements.
- Maintain technical and regulatory compliance documentation for the production plant.
- Provide technical expertise to maintain and improve the plant's technical availability.
- Conduct statistical reviews and root cause analysis to reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in process improvement, process development, and preventative maintenance planning.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.

Benefits & conditions
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position is set within a manufacturing environment, where adherence to safety standards and technical regulations is critical. While this is a contract role, there is potential for transition to a full-time position based on performance. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
