Job description
Responsible for the daily operation and availability of the company IT Infrastructure including Network (LAN, WAN, Telecommunications), Server & Storage, POS, layout for facilities, and SaaS/IaaS/PaaS. The Infrastructure manager is responsible for the plan, design, installation, maintenance and retirement of the company's IT infrastructure and managing the IT Infrastructure team. Assesses organization's current and future Infrastructure needs. Oversees the daily operations of IT Infrastructure staff and manages failures, incidents, and changes that affect IT Infrastructure. Has extensive experience in establishing an executable plan and accomplishing goals. Reports to IT Director of Development & Infrastructure., * - Leads the Infrastructure strategy planning and execution, management of operation and services for networks, servers, storage and POS including hardening devices and systems.

- Coordinates the support and testing of products within the company's network infrastructure and across other IT functions.

- Develops and maintains Infrastructure policies and compliance documents.

- Provides project management to Infrastructure for new initiatives.

- Implements Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and procedures.
- Network Engineering

- Leads the Network Engineering team to ensure industry best practices for managing company networks and driving thought leadership.

- Installs, Operates, Upgrades, Optimizes and Troubleshoots company networks, circuits, networking hardware, and SD WAN configuration with consideration of all servers and connected Endpoints.

- Ensures fast failure recoveries and on-time infrastructure support for new business initiatives.

- Leads POC/Mockup for the new technologies for improving future infrastructures.

- Continuously improves server and hosting services.

- Ensures the maintenance, availability and performance of all data center and the services provided by them, infrastructure components, including but not limited to servers (Windows, UNIX, Linux, POS OS), storage, network, telecommunications systems, POS hardware, and SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, collaboration tools, and IT management and monitoring systems.

- Ensures sufficient inventory of active equipment to ensure availability.

- Plans and Manages End of Support (EOS) equipment by upgrading and replacing equipment where needed.

- Secures maintenance windows and provides timely patching and firmware upgrades.

- Leads compliance activities and establishes day-to-day operation to meet compliance.

- Maintains site licenses, plans and implements network security to meet legal requirements
- Digital Transformation

- Drives Digital Transformation and optimizes end-user experience throughout the corporation as it relates to all IT Infrastructure elements. This includes collecting end-user requirements, identifying key needs and priorities, and transforming them into services and infrastructure that improves employee productivity.
Requirements
- Education & Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree, Information Technology/Computer Science

- Desired : CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, PMP, CISM/CISSP
- Experience

- Prior experience supporting, implementing and/or administering networks, servers

- Infrastructure delivery project manager

- Active Directory Integration to Other services (Google workspace Etc.)

- Minimum Experience Necessary: 8 years with infrastructure management experience
