Job description
Architect and lead the design and implementation of AI-assisted digital agents that augment engineering and business workflows. Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems combining reasoning models, contextual memory, and automation to perform coding, testing, documentation, and support tasks. Integrate digital agents with Infoblox's developer and enterprise ecosystems (e.g., CI/CD, ITSM, observability, and collaboration tools). Collaborate across teams to ensure security, governance, and explainability of agentic systems. Define success metrics for digital-agent impact-developer productivity, automation coverage, and employee satisfaction. Lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and guide adoption of AI-assisted workflows across engineering and IT. Stay current on emerging agentic frameworks, LLM orchestration technologies, and AI-driven workplace automation trends to inform roadmap decisions., First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.
Requirements
15+ years of software-engineering experience, including 5+ years in architecture, platform, or applied-AI roles. 3+ years of experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, MCP, ADK, A2A, etc.). Knowledge of AI-assisted coding techniques, with hands-on experience using frameworks such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar. Strong background in system architecture, workflow automation, and scalable AI integration within enterprise ecosystems. Experience with multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning models, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
