Job description

Must develop and monitor software release and test schedule across many different systems and instances.

Must develop strategy and roadmap toward capability releases and develop discreet work packages for assignment and completion by a ⁓ 20-person product team.

Must understand the program's objectives and communicate objectives to team members.

Present/participate product progress at SAFe events such as program increment planning, sprint reviews, and program management reviews.
-
Maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
-
Plans, defines, and creates detailed designs for products to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
-
Collaborates with PAs to analyze technical trade-offs.
-
Manage and control changes to software, hardware, and documentation. This includes sustaining version control, overseeing baselines, and ensuring traceability.

Evaluate and document strategies for determining, assigning, and using entity interfaces, names, and numbers
Requirements

Version-control systems, such as Git and GitLab

Ticketing systems, such as Atlassian Jira

Knowledge management and collaboration tools, such as Atlassian Confluence and other Atlassian tools, Microsoft SharePoint

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong technical background with expertise in software architecture and design patterns
Benefits & conditions
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 240,000 to 275,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
