Job description
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share insights and best practices.
- Develop and implement innovative testing methodologies that enhance the overall quality assurance process.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to assess testing effectiveness and drive strategic improvements.
- This role requires 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client
- This role requires being on site with client 3 days per week in the office
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Advanced proficiency in Test Management
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning
- High School Diploma / GED, * Advanced proficiency in Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation is suggested
- Advanced proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing, Agile Scrum Project Management, Structured Query Language (SQL), DB2 SQL, and IBM Db2
- Associate or Bachelor Degree
