Network Asset Management - Managing local network equipment stock as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory

Ability to perform deskside functions, rack-and-stack server and network components, and perform Smart Hands support for remote resolver teams when incidents and/or requests cannot be satisfactorily

Break/Fix activities and hardware troubleshooting

Software troubleshooting as well as installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems IMACD (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposals)

This role is a salary non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $46,000 - $50,000 USD.

Following certifications would be a plus: A+ Certification or similar, Microsoft certifications, Network certifications, OEM vendor certifications

Knowledge and experience with servers and network equipment as well as meeting room equipment, We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at 3rd level to join our team. As an L3 Onsite Technician, you will mostly provide support for complex end user and infrastructure incidents and service requests as well as support your L2 colleagues with more advanced deskside activities. Scope includes the support in the following areas:

Being the Infrastructure SPOC for the site assigned to and providing Hands and Eyes support for Major Incidents.

Serving as customer contact onsite for network and computing problems / issues /projects / architectural discussions

Working with remote infrastructure team to diagnose and resolve issues

Performing visual health checks on location for server / network equipment and environment

Onsite, smart hands support for the network equipment (servers), including physical HW builds/rebuilds and OS deployment. Rack-and-stack of network equipment and servers.

On-Call Support.

Supporting your L2 colleagues with more complex cases of deskside.
