Whatyou'llownas theSoftware Engineer I

• Development ofExstreamDialogue applications that generatebillingstatements, reports,dispute notices, andcollectionletters.

• Supportthe Code-1 application that provides delivery point validation and address scrubbing.

• Masteryof multipleprogramming languages and technologies, asrequired.

• Collaborationwith product and design teams to deliver high-quality documents by incorporating feedback to continuously improve content and presentation.

• Activeparticipationin Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, andretrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.

• ABachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline and up to 3 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• ExstreamDialogue development experience.

• Mastery of 1 or more programming languages;willingness and ability to learnandmasterboth new and legacy technologies.

• Knowledge of Agile developmentprinciples.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills

• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, andresponsivenesstointernal and external clients and contacts.

It'sa bonus if youhave

• TSO, JCL, SAS, COBOL,C#, Linux,Linux Scripting,PowerShellor Code-1 experience.

• MicrosoftTeamsexperience.

• Mainframe experience.
