The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 737 Fulfillment Organization is seeking a Staff Analyst (level 3 or 4) to join their team in Renton, WA. This role is critical in developing plans and objectives, providing data for management review, and tracking performance against plans. This role supports fulfillment director as director analyst.
The Staff Analyst will lead the coordination and assessment of meeting content and leadership briefings, analyze data related to budgets, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs, and ensure leaders and teams are successful in meeting their goals.
Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, coordinate, and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Analyze and summarize data including budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs to support decision-making

Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives

Partner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and objectives

Provide continuous assessment of meeting and review structures to improve effectiveness

Develop executive-level briefings and lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of meetings and events

Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to support organizational performance tracking

Utilize best practices in email correspondence, meeting notices, formatting, and document management to enhance communication and efficiency

Support safety and quality initiatives

Foster a culture of first-time quality and continuous improvement.

Assist leaders and teams in completing action items by setting reminders, facilitating meetings, and providing clear instructions

Organize and maintain SharePoint and shared server content
Requirements
-
(Level : 3) 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings
-
3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
-
1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
-
(Level : 4) 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
-
Proven ability to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at the Senior Executive level.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.?
Summary pay range: 80,910 - $92,120 (Level 3)
Summary pay range: $102,660 - $115,620 (Level 4)
