Job description

As a member of our Contract Management team, you will support internal departments to ensure the company has the adequate software and subscriptions for their roles while also ensuring proper software licensing and usage of software. You will be responsible for documenting agreements and providing reports on purchases, usage of products, and information pertinent to licensing to ensure that our company is compliant with vendor agreements, as well as providing reports to management as requested. You will work with vendors and resellers on obtaining the best pricing possible prior to making necessary purchases, and ensuring we are compliant with their licensing terms and conditions in contracts. Other responsibilities will include researching new vendors and products, and completing necessary processes to obtain them for use by internal departments. Opportunities will arise for you to be creative in the way you analyze data and formulate recommendations to the internal departments in order to achieve their highest level of efficiency.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills~^~Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access preferred~^~Comfortable working with vendors over the phone~^~Strong attention to detail~^~Technical experience a plus
