Nonprofit Development Manager

This part-time, temp-to-hire role is ideal for a hands-on nonprofit development professional who thrives in lean, evolving environments and enjoys bringing structure to systems and processes. The Nonprofit Development Manager will assess and strengthen current fundraising efforts, clean up development systems and data, and execute a practical fundraising strategy focused on individual giving, sponsorships, and corporate partnerships. Working closely with interim leadership and board members, this role will play a key part in stabilizing and advancing fundraising momentum., * Execute a development plan aligned with strategic priorities and near-term fundraising goals

• Clean up, maintain, and optimize donor data, workflows, and reporting within Bloomerang and supporting spreadsheets

• Manage donor stewardship, outreach, and follow-up systems to support relationship-based fundraising

• Support corporate partnership and sponsorship outreach with clear value exchange and revenue focus

• Assist with planning and readiness for key fundraising initiatives and events, including a major annual walk
