Job description

  • Seamlessly integrate HUMINT collection activities into the F3EAD (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate) targeting cycle to support time-sensitive, high-priority missions
  • Provide expert technical guidance on the planning and execution in contested or denied environments
  • Utilize advanced social network analysis and human terrain mapping to identify and exploit vulnerabilities within adversary networks
  • Act as the primary interface between specialized military units, National Intelligence Agencies, and Host Nation partners to ensure operational deconfliction and mission alignment
  • Bridge the gap between tactical collection and strategic requirements, ensuring field data satisfies objectives
  • Apply deep expertise in Title 10 and Title 50 authorities to ensure all sensitive activities remain legally compliant while meeting commander's intent
  • Deploy as needed

Requirements

  • Required clearance: TS/SCI (CI Poly is preferred)
  • 8+ years of HUMINT experience, including at least 6 years directly supporting Specialized Task Forces or Elite Mission Command elements
  • Graduate of Tier-1 HUMINT certification courses, such as the Advanced Source Operations Course (ASOC), Source Operations Course (SOC), or Military Operations Training Course (MOTC)
  • Proven proficiency in elicitation, specialized technical surveillance, and asset validation in high threat, "grey zone" environments
  • High-level proficiency with HUMINT-specific tools
  • Ability to synthesize complex, sensitive data into concise, actionable executive briefings for senior leadership
  • Mastery of the Intelligence Cycle to ensure continuous refinement of collection posture based on shifting operational variables
  • Must have a valid US Passport and the ability to deploy as needed is a requirement

The proposed salary for this position is:

$98,000 - $150,000 USD
