Java Lead Consultant

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint demo and sprint reviews, standups and project-related governance meetings including design sessions
• Extensive experience in collaborating with the business, partners to develop strategies and project execution plans
• Experience managing the full project life cycle including identification, evaluation, project planning, execution, and change management.

• Good experience in Agile estimation techniques -Planning Poker, Dot voting, The Bucket System and Ordering method
• Worked closely with the product owner on backlog grooming and Sprint task set up
• Proactively have worked on identifying impediments, removing roadblocks and escalating to management when needed
• Have proactively communicated any risks, design and quality issues or increases in scope/time required to ensure projects remained on track
• Implemented agile best practices such as continuous integration, and continuous deployment (Cl/CD) transparency and accountability through JIRA tracking and management.
• Used Scrum boards in JIRA to track team activities

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
