Job description
Join a collaborative technical support team as an IT Helpdesk Specialist / Analyst, where you"ll provide hands-on support for hardware, software, network tools, and office technology across multiple departments. This role focuses on proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring employees have reliable, high-performing systems. You"ll work primarily onsite while supporting staff in the office, warehouse, print shop, and remote locations., Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Deliver daily hardware and software support for Windows and macOS systems to ensure smooth and reliable performance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot business applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and standard web tools.
- Resolve VPN issues and assist remote employees by securely accessing their devices for diagnostics and fixes.
Device Setup & Equipment Maintenance
- Prepare and deploy new computers, printers, desk phones, and peripheral equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance to identify and prevent system issues before they impact operations.
- Perform moderate lifting when handling IT hardware or related equipment.
Network & Cloud Support
- Assist with cloud based platforms, file sharing systems, FTP access, and SharePoint functionality.
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments as part of the team.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Bachelor"s or Associate degree preferred (not required)
- 3-4+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk operations
- Knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer focused work ethic with a professional and helpful demeanor
Preferences:
- Experience supporting hybrid work environments
- Familiarity with VPN tools, cloud storage systems, and remote support platforms
- Prior experience supporting office equipment in warehouse or production environments
