Job description

Flowserve is seeking an experienced SAP OTC / SD Functional Consultant to support and optimize our Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within SAP S/4HANA. This role partners closely with sales operations, supply chain, logistics, finance, service centers, and customer service teams to design, configure, test, and deploy high-quality OTC solutions. The consultant will be responsible for functional design, configuration, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and ensuring a seamless sales-to-billing workflow across North American sites., * Configure SAP SD processes supporting OTC including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit/debit processing

  • Support master data changes for customer master, material master, and output conditions
  • Document end-to-end OTC workflows including order entry, ATP, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and convert them into functional specifications
  • Create and execute test scripts for Unit, SIT, and UAT cycles; log, track, and retest defects
  • Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities across multiple sites
  • Prepare SOPs, quick reference guides, and training materials; deliver end-user training sessions
  • Maintain OTC process documentation and ensure compliance and audit readiness
  • Collaborate with developers on IDoc/EDI, interface enhancements, output forms, and reporting
  • Perform root-cause analysis for OTC issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with finance and supply chain teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, account determination, and order settlement flows

Requirements

The role requires strong hands-on SAP SD experience and an end-to-end understanding of OTC processes including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, credit/debit memos, and integration with MM/FI., * 15 + years of hands-on SAP SD configuration experience in ECC or S/4HANA

  • Strong understanding of OTC processes: order creation, ATP, delivery, shipping, invoicing, returns, and credit/debit notes
  • Experience configuring pricing procedures (condition types, access sequences, pricing logic)
  • Knowledge of SD-MM and SD-FI integration including account determination, intercompany, and inventory movement flows
  • Experience writing functional specifications for RICEFW objects (forms, interfaces, enhancements, workflows)
  • Strong experience with IDoc/EDI processes (850/855/856/810 or equivalent)
  • Experience leading or supporting full lifecycle implementations, site deployments, or large enhancement projects
  • Ability to document business processes and deliver training to diverse user groups
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work onsite 4 days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with S/4HANA SD innovations (Fiori apps, aATP, BRF+, TM or EWM integration)
  • Familiarity with returns, RMA processing, repair orders, or aftermarket service flows
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or distribution environments
  • Exposure to Agile practices (user stories, backlog management, sprint ceremonies)
  • Experience in multi-site or global SAP template deployments
