Job description
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) to ensure efficient team collaboration and delivery.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user stories, and design system features (e.g., workflows, processes).
- Ensure the project meets DoD and federal government security and compliance standards, supporting efforts to obtain Authorization to Operate (ATO).
- Remove team impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
- Support gate reviews for system and acquisition lifecycle checkpoints, ensuring timely delivery of required documentation.
- Promote effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align on project objectives and progress.
- Assist in delivering user training to ensure effective adoption of the new system.
- Maintain Agile artifacts (e.g., product backlog, sprint backlog) and track progress using tools like Jira or equivalent.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams, preferably on Salesforce or SaaS implementation projects.
- Proficiency with Jira Agile project management tool and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum Master certification required.
- Candidate must have a Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
What We Would Like You To Bring With You:
- Understanding of DoD and federal government security standards and experience supporting ATO processes.
- Experience working with federal government clients, particularly DHS or DoD.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including its general functionality and the use cases it supports.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Prior experience delivering user training or creating technical documentation.
- Background in data migration projects.

- Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished and well-organized written deliverables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of ICF and the client.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $81,111.00 - $137,889.00
