Job description

The Manager - Technology Implementation will lead technology implementation discovery and business analysis, document client requirements, and support data, configuration, and integration services within a cross-functional team. This role ensures clients successfully adopt AMS technology solutions by converting business needs into an actionable implementation plan, a correctly configured product, and measurable operational outcomes., * Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and decision forums with senior stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships across business, technical, and executive groups.
  • Challenge unclear or conflicting requirements and guide clients toward decisions aligned with desired outcomes.

Business Analysis and Solution Design

  • Conduct current-state analysis, design future-state processes, and identify gaps.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, configuration decisions, data needs, and integration points.
  • Produce clear, accurate functional design documentation for cross-functional teams.

Technical and Data Execution

  • Collaborate with developers, integration engineers, and data teams to validate technical feasibility and align on design.
  • Analyze customer data extracts to identify issues, validate configurations, and recommend remediation actions.
  • Support integration activities, including API and webhook-related requirements, and contribute to data mapping efforts.

Implementation Delivery

  • Configure AMS Digital Solutions based on validated requirements.
  • Lead or support SIT and UAT cycles, including test planning and defect management.
  • Support customers through incremental releases, providing guidance during build, test, and adoption phases.

Risk, Issue, and Governance Management

  • Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues through project governance forums.
  • Maintain accurate entries in the risk register and work with project teams on mitigation actions.
  • Communicate impacts and required decisions in a clear, timely manner., * Apply Agile project management methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver technical initiatives efficiently.
  • Analyze SQL databases to extract insights, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Leverage integration platforms such as Workato and MuleSoft to design, implement, and maintain seamless system integrations.
  • Lead technical implementations, ensuring solutions are deployed effectively and aligned with business requirements.
  • Engage in client-facing environments, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions for stakeholders.
