Collaborate with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand clinical workflows, and translate them into effective software functionalities.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on healthcare applications.
Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with significant exposure to the healthcare industry.
Deep understanding of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies, with a proven track record in healthcare application development.
Experience with healthcare standards and protocols (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and their implementation in software solutions.
Proficiency in database management and familiarity with medical data formats and structures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with healthcare professionals and technical teams.
Knowledge of cloud services, DevOps, and agile methodologies, with a focus on their application in healthcare environments
