Job description
- Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure for PCN networks.
- Working knowledge of RF infrastructure and standards supporting PCN/OT data transport
- Programming of network components (switches, routers, firewalls, etc)
- Provide support and manage Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for all control systems
- Support, administration and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, and software for PCN/Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) Servers and Workstations.
- Build systems as per companys standards, patch management, virus protection, and backup and recovery management.
- Maintain IP compliance of all equipment in PCN and DMZ by adhering/implementing companys Information Risk Standards.
- Maintaining up - to-date inventory as per companys standards.
- License management of all software installed on equipment in PCN and DMZ.
- Monitor reliability and health of PCN and DMZ equipment in the form of daily checks. Identify problems and implement corrective actions. Report all issues to management.
- Support and integrate information technology standards into the PCN environment.
- Supervise and control all vendors activities related to systems/subsystems during their visit to the facility
- Management of all licenses and software installed on equipment in PCN and DMZ
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Network management
- Experience on support, administration and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, and software for PCN/Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) Servers and Workstations
- Associate or higher graduation
- CCNA is necessary
- PCNSA is desirable
