Develops and maintains new and existing applications by analyzing, designing and writing code of increasing complexity that satisfies a logical, efficient and optimal systems design.
Leads program-level and system-level testing, implementation, and break-fix tasks associated with business applications, including multiple platforms.
Develops documentation of technical workflows and systems designs and verifies against user requirements.
Works with database staff and security staff to ensure that data standards and security standards are properly applied.
Learns new technical concepts and software languages as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Solid understanding of application development using Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and similar tools.
Experience working on Web API, console applications and web applications using C# .NET/.Net Core.
Experience writing SSIS packages that handle a variety of sources and destinations including SQL Server, DB2 and files.
Experience building WebAPI and SOAP web-services. Able to demonstrate knowledge on JSON and XML Transformations.
Experience developing with Angular JS or similar framework.
Good working knowledge of source control, build and release automation and branch management with GIT repository on TFS or Azure DevOps.
Good working knowledge of integration technologies and methods (REST, Swagger, Micro Services, IBM Messaging Queue).
Experience working with databases, stored procedures, views and tables on Microsoft SQL Server.
