Job description
- Build and maintain support automation services and integrations (e.g., Slack * Jira intake, enrichment, routing, lifecycle sync).
- Implement agentic workflows to automate triage, context collection, summarization, and next-step recommendations using tool-calling/orchestration frameworks.
- Deliver production-grade systems: APIs, event-driven processing, retries/idempotency, rate limiting, and strong error handling.
- Add and maintain observability for automation health (logs/metrics/dashboards/alerts) and improve reliability over time.
- Communicate clearly with users and partner teams via docs, demos, and concise status updates; iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Design, Develop and support GitOps-based Kubernetes-native provisioning platform, CI/CD, and workflows solution that provides developers with flexible deployment capabilities.
- Architect and implement large-scale observability and tooling platforms like Splunk, Prometheus, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, assisting clients and improving environment performance and stability
- Administer, manage and maintain all Jenkins instances in multi-substrate cloud and on-premise environments.
- Develop AI tools, build LLM models and MCP servers to improve developer experience and developer velocity across all organizations.
- Design and apply Machine learning techniques to automate troubleshooting and issue resolution for all developer tools.
- Define service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) to represent and measure service quality.
- Collaborate with SRE and Engineering/Product teams in driving critical initiatives.
- Ensure the highest level of up-time and Quality of Service (QoS) to Adobe's customers through operational excellence.
Requirements
Applications Systems Analyst with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor's degree in one of the a forementioned subjects., * Strong hands-on coding in Java, Python, or Go; experience shipping production services/integrations.
- Strong API development experience (designing and building REST/gRPC services, versioning, authn/authz, documentation, and backwards compatibility).
- Good understanding of system architecture (service boundaries, data flows, scalability, resilience, and operational tradeoffs).
- Experience (or strong practical interest) in agentic tools/frameworks (LangGraph, Langchain, orchestration, RAG patterns, evaluation/guardrails) and ability to apply them pragmatically.
- Solid engineering fundamentals: distributed systems basics, debugging, operational readiness, and building maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills-able to explain technical concepts, write clear docs, and collaborate across teams.
- Proactive, go-getter mindset-takes ownership, drives tasks to completion, and continuously improves processes.
