Job description

A Client Services Specialist works along with the Fulton Private Bank sales team and business unit leaders to ensure a high level of customer service. Individual will work with confidential customer information requiring discretion and accuracy. This role provides excellent service, operation, and sales support for Fulton clients. The role handles service-related issues, account questions, problem resolution, and escalations. Performs a broad array of administrative, support and analytical duties for assigned personnel. One of the primary objectives for this role is to build positive relationships with peers, business partners, and colleagues while working effectively with others to accomplish organizational goals., * Assists in the delivery of quality client experience by quickly and courteously responding to client needs.

  • Collaborates with Fulton Private Bank sales team to research and provide answers to complex internal/external client inquiries. Provides proactive communication to internal partners and clients.
  • Participates in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
  • Assumes direct responsibility for administrative issues of selected accounts, while referring issues which exceed authority to supervisors. Performs a variety of highly skilled administrative duties including but not limited to researching and compiling data and reports, answering phones, greeting visitors and scheduling appointments, preparing for committee meetings, processing invoices for payment.
  • Responds to all internal and external emails in a timely manner, handling internal/external client needs with confidentiality, tact, discretion, accuracy and diplomacy.
  • Performs administrative functions of the business unit, with confidence, and sound judgment, including filing, copying, scanning, supply ordering, meeting coordinating, etc.
  • Adheres to all compliance/risk procedures and follows corporate and industry protocols. May perform recurring compliance and risk management activities.
  • Works as part of a team to provide coverage for multiple areas of Fulton Private Bank.

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: general studies. (Required)

Associate Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business. (Preferred), 5 or more years Financial services experience. (Preferred)

3 or more years administration supporting financial services or sales. (Required), * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. (Required)

  • Comprehends account agreements. (Required)
  • Proficient with mathematical computations. (Required)
  • Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously. (Required)
