Job description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of cross organizational highly specified solutions across the 3.X platform roadmap, specifically in the areas of networking and cybersecurity., * Program planning and execution across multiple vehicle programs and digital platforms, balancing resources, risks, and priorities.
- Develop and maintain schedules, dependency maps, and risk mitigation plans across integrated services feature deliverables and functionality.
- Ensure platform deliverables are executed with excellence and delivered on time
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and effectively to executive leadership and technical teams.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program execution, quality, and velocity.
- Provide ongoing, objective feedback to strategy, product, and engineering to support the ever-changing landscape of execution.
- Recognize and quickly respond to the needs of a program in execution where roles and responsibilities may be unclear.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of experience proven experience as a Technical Program Manager
- Understanding of software and hardware technical solutions, TARA's, end point protection and other Cyber concerns.
- Deep understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, BGP, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, and load-balancing technologies
- Strong technical background in systems engineering, software development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Ability to influence without Authority and guide leadership.
- Passion for innovation, user experience, and delivering impactful technology.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.
