Job description
Client is seeking a senior Product Manager III to support Business convergence and merger initiatives within our Digital Experience organization. This role will backfill a PM responsible for driving feature parity, website consolidation, and customer migration strategies across Small Business and Mid-Large (ML) portals.
This individual will play a critical role in shaping Client's digital strategy as it relates to mergers, acquisitions, and platform convergence, including support for L-Cox customer integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead digital product strategy for Business convergence initiatives, ensuring feature parity across Small Business and ML portals
Define and execute website consolidation and customer migration strategies to a single unified portal
Support merger and acquisition efforts, including digital integration planning for L-Cox customers
Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable digital solutions
Develop and communicate product roadmaps, migration plans, and success metrics
Present strategy updates and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders

Requirements
7+ years of Product Management experience focused on large-scale digital websites
Proven experience supporting or leading major mergers or acquisitions
Demonstrated success consolidating multiple websites or digital platforms into a unified experience
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
Highly self-directed and able to operate independently in fast-moving environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels

Strong background in cap & grow strategies within large enterprises
Experience driving convergence across different customer segments or business units
Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across complex, matrixed organizations

Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Englewood, CO. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
