Job description

We're seeking a Senior Scrum Master with Salesforce experience to support a global manufacturing company's Digital Sales & Marketing team. This role will drive Agile delivery across Salesforce platforms, partnering with product, marketing, and technology teams to deliver high-impact digital initiatives., * Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs
  • Remove blockers and manage risks/dependencies
  • Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down)
  • Support delivery across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Salesforce Cloud?, * 7+ years Scrum Master experience

  • 3+ years supporting Salesforce teams
  • Strong Agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe a plus)
  • Experience in large, global organizations (manufacturing preferred)
  • Skilled with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Preferred

  • CSM, SAFe, or similar certification
  • Salesforce knowledge or certification
  • Experience with digital marketing, eCommerce, or ERP integrations (SAP)
