Technology Implementation Consultant - Software (Hybrid)

Join our dynamic team as a Technology Implementation Consultant - Software. Your role involves working on technology integration projects, assisting with complex system configurations, and supporting clients through various stages of implementation. In this role, you will report to the Associate Director, Client Training., * Conduct intermediate system configurations.

• Assist in moderate data migration and validation tasks.
• Perform structured software testing and defect reporting.
• Provide detailed client training on technology use.
• Prepare and update project documentation.
• Support advanced troubleshooting and resolution processes.
• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Gather and analyze client requirements for specific configurations.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress.
• Develop and maintain project status reports.

• Intermediate System Configuration: Enhanced setup capabilities.
• Data Validation: Skills in verifying data post-migration.
• Detailed Software Testing: Knowledge of testing cycles and defect management.
• Client Communication: Proficient in explaining technical details to clients.
• Advanced Documentation: Improved documentation skills for complex projects.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Effective problem identification and solving.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Analytical Tools: Proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL for data analysis., * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Banking experience preferred but not required

$57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USD

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. This role will work in a hybrid model (defined as 8 days a month, minimum) in a Wolters Kluwer office, anywhere in the United States.
