Job description
The successful candidate will join the Launch Support System test and deployment team and assist in system level verification testing and deployment activities., * Overseeing & participating in test and integration events at multiple deployed locations to include government oversight & insight test events.
- Authoring and peer reviewing comprehensive and detailed test plans, procedures, and reports using various MBSE tools.
- Overseeing and tracking progress in an agile based work environment.
- Interfacing with cross functional internal and external teams/stakeholders, government agencies & customers, and other parties critical to system integration & success.
- Review and evaluate test requirements to insure completeness of test program.
- Perform technical analysis of system and prepare comprehensive system level evaluations.
- Participate in test readiness reviews and interface directly with various test planning teams to ensure all test objectives are being achieved.
- Prepare system test reports, procedures, plans and contract data requirement lists (CDRL's) for delivery to government customers.
Requirements
- 5 Years of experience with a Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with a Masters; 0 Years with a PhD. 4 Years of relevant experience may be used in addition in lieu of formal degree.
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access.
- Experience performing & leading test events, reviews, and reports in a continuous integration environment.
- Proficient in creation of test plans, test procedures, concept of operations (CONOPS), and other related artifacts critical to system testing.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work amongst a cross functional team to drive program success.
- Experience working & interfacing with customer representatives in a government oversight environment., * Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline from an ABET-accredited university. US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher(awarded within the past 6 years).
- Working knowledge using MBSE tools such as CAMEO & DOORs
- Experience in agile environment leveraging Jira & Confluence.
- Experience with ICBM Weapon Systems, Missile/Rocket Systems, or DOD programs.
- CompTIA Security+ (plus) Certification.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
