Theoretical / Practical understanding of Inspire Scaler. Creating communications using Tickets through Quadient Interactive. Guide the business content authors / users towards ticketing experience
Understanding of ADA and developing correspondences to be ADA Compliance
Experience with Application Interfaces.
Design Thinking. Understanding knowledge of API''s, Microservices, Java scripts. Certification on Quadient is a plus
Understanding of Integrations with Linux and Windows Systems.
Migration of versions from lower version to higher version (For e.g. 16 to 23 etc On-prem).
Scripting - Ksh, Bash, Sh.
