Web Selenium Automation Engineer

Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end automation strategy for web and mobile applications. Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile testing. Hands-on automation using Selenium (must-have) for web applications. Implement and manage mobile automation using Appium for Android and iOS platforms. Develop and enhance automation scripts using Python. Collaborate with developers and product teams working on React-based web applications (React knowledge is a plus but not mandatory). Ensure automation coverage aligns with business and release goals. Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. Review automation code, enforce quality standards, and reduce flaky tests. Analyze test failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements. Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and QA team members. Provide regular automation metrics, reports, and quality insights to stakeholders. Removal Date 15-Apr-2026 Thanks & Regards
