Job description
We are seeking a Digital Solution and Process Specialist to serve as a primary liaison and subject-matter expert to identify operational inefficiencies; design optimized processes and implement automation and AI-driven solutions. This role functions as a strategic bridge between engineering and technical teams and key business stakeholders across logistics, operations, and other internal service functions.
This role leads end-to-end automation initiatives-leveraging low-code platforms as well as advanced technical solutions-to deliver measurable business value and support Siemens Energy's digital transformation objectives. Responsibilities include driving improvements in response and cycle times, productivity, data transparency, and innovation. The position integrates solution architecture, project leadership, and business process optimization to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Conducting comprehensive analyses of workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for modernization
- Partnering with business stakeholders and engineering teams to evaluate improvement opportunities and align solutions with strategic and customer-focused objectives
- Translating complex technical requirements into clear business terms while facilitating communication, risk awareness, and alignment across the project lifecycle
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions-including RPA, workflow automations, data pipelines, and integrations across platforms such as Power Automate, Power BI, SAP, and Salesforce
- Creating cross-platform automation ecosystems, dashboards, and reporting tools that enhance data integrity, real-time visibility, and executive decision-making
- Producing process documentation, instructional materials, demos, and presentations to support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 3 or more years of experience in bid management, process improvement, digitalization or operations support. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process-improvement certification preferred
- Experience with CRM, ERP, proposal management platforms, and automation tools (Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, workflows)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment preferred)
