Job description

Client is seeking multiple highly skilled and motivated Mid-level Training Analyst (level 3) to join our team in Renton, WA!

The Foundational Training team is part of the Production Systems Training organization and is responsible for leading training planning and coordination efforts in support of leaders and employees on the production floor. The successful candidate will be trusted to work independently and utilize superior customer service and communication skill sets in a fast-paced, agile environment. Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, training history, and completion reports
  • Create New Hire Schedules
  • Work reports for Non-resource classes
  • Update Master Schedule flows as needed
  • Monitor Zero enrollment classes
  • Participate in process improvement activities
  • Perform ad hoc training requests
  • Work effectively and cooperatively with peers from other teams and organizations to implement training plans in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Respond to inquiries and provide feedback
  • Interact daily with employees, leaders and stakeholders while providing excellent customer service
  • Collect, organize, synthesize and analyze training data to develop training plans to support the Boeing Production Systems
  • Work with different stakeholders and partners to coordinate training needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years worked in a customer facing environment and been directly involved in gathering requirements
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with and supporting senior and executive leadership, displaying clear communication skills across all levels
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
