Job description

Define and drive content strategy based on user insights and business priorities

Develop content plans supporting product features, navigation, and user workflows

Contribute to information architecture, navigation systems, taxonomies, and content models

Write clear microcopy and instructional content for transactional digital experiences

Partner with UX designers to develop narrative direction, interface messaging, and microcopy

Develop messaging strategies and content frameworks aligned to brand voice and tone

Create content aligned to user personas and customer journeys

Ensure content is implemented across wireframes, prototypes, and digital assets to deliver a consistent experience

Use analytics, research, and customer feedback to measure and optimize content performance

Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product, design, engineering, and marketing teams

Support agile and iterative development processes

Requirements

Experience developing content strategies for websites, mobile applications, and email

Strong microcopy and instructional writing skills for transactional user experiences

Knowledge of content organization, tagging systems, and scalable content structures

Ability to interpret user research, analytics, and insights to inform content decisions

Understanding of human-centered design and UX principles

Strong storytelling and editorial skills with attention to content quality

Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to product decisions

Experience working in agile environments

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Ability to think strategically, connect initiatives, and drive results across complex programs

Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe XD Cloud, Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, UX, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience in content strategy, content design, or UX writing for websites, apps, and email

Experience working with cross-functional product and design teams on complex digital programs
