Job description

The intern will assist in the development and integration of API-driven solutions within the Microsoft Azure environment. The project focuses on building and maintaining APIs using ASP.NET Core or Python to support manufacturing and business operations. Tasks include

Requirements

  • Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelors in Computer Science or related degree

  • Must have cumulative 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale

  • Candidate must be able to work onsite in Saginaw, MI.

Special Skills Preferred:

  • Experience with ASP.NET Core (C#) or Python for web or API development.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and microservice architecture.

  • Knowledge about containerization(dockers)

  • Understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).

  • General awareness of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application.

  • General understanding of manufacturing concepts, including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and data processing in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
