Job description

The Lead Full Stack Engineer Performs software engineering activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the back-end and the appearance at the front-end. The Lead Full Stack Engineer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Lead Full Stack Engineer Is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, andworks under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Requirements

You are a Lead Engineer with 8 or more years of experience with Cloud-based services and experience development. You are capable of owning significant design and development responsibility. You can work with autonomy to get things done while collaborating with others on architectural and process decisions. You are comfortable with giving and receiving feedback from your teammates and others in the organization. You can think on your feet and conceptualize what needs to be done from incomplete and evolving requirements. You hit deadlines and communicate effectively.

The successful candidate will also have experience with

  • Azure Cloud Services
  • Designing solutions architecture
  • Building scalable web platform
  • Building RESTful APIs
  • Working with Infrastructure and security as code
  • Building high performing teams.
  • Working on React Native, * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 8 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence development operations, including proficiency in implementing, maintaining, and monitoring ML/AI pipelines using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of agentic ai process
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with cross-functional teams such as ARB/TRB and EA/EAI teams
  • Experience working in Centers of Excellence (COEs) and executing playbooks?
  • Proficient understanding and tech-lead level experience in one or more programming languages (VueJS, TypeScript, NodeJs,Java, etc.)
  • Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
  • Experience with React Native
  • Experience with JSON, RESTful web services, and client-server interactions
  • Experience with highly scalable websites and web services (Vue.js, NodeJS, Microservices patterns, Angular etc.)
  • Knowledge of and experience with Azure or equivalent cloud provider
  • Environment management/orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS, etc.)
  • Adobe Experience Platform experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • AI background, experience on GCP/Cluade/or any Gen AI tool

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$129,300 - $177,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
