Job description
- Developing/Publishing Network Archiecture and Technical Documentation (HLD - High Level Design, LLD- Low Level Design, NRFU - Network Ready For use )
- Participate in Test, Certify and Release of Cisco Switches, software, and firmware for global network deployment.
- Provide Level 3/4 supports/troubleshoots network issues and coordinates new installation of such items as routers and switches.
- Software Defined Networking (SDN) specially Cisco's Software Defined Access (SDA) Solution for Campus/Manufacturing environments.
- Develop the solution to conducts tests of network redundancy, resilience, and failover of network elements to ensure up-time standards are fully achieved.
- Provide technical consultation and knowledge sharing/Training to Network Planning & Network Operations teams.
- Work with other Network Service teams to Develop tools to automate the deployment, administration and monitoring of a network system.
- Works with cross functional teams to enhance and improve system/network operability.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent - Requirement
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco LAN infrastructure and related systems including Catalyst 9k switches, Catalyst Center, and Identity Services Engine (ISE)
- In-depth understanding of networking and IP protocols (OSPF, BGP), Cisco Software Defined Networking (SD-Access) and Cisco Industrial switches
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco routing & switching, IOS-XE Software
- Knowledge and Experience in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible)
- In-depth knowledge of Monitoring/Observability technologies (Syslog, SNMP, Telemetry, etc..)
- Knowledge and understanding of Palo Alto Network products ( Firewall, Prisma Access)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong project management skills, organizational skills, personal discipline, interpersonal relationship skills and communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong process mindset - ability to create, improve, and follow effective & sustainable processes.
- High standards for Quality, technical & professional Excellence, and driving Efficiency.
- Cisco Certifications - CCNP/CCIE Preferred

This position is a salary grade 5-8 and ranges from $66,660-244,680.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
